Actuator Specialties Inc. grew from the idea that we can provide the repair facilities and end-users of actuators individualized parts requirements and remain competitive in the industry.

A full line of parts for Limitorque, Rotork and EIM EB Series are on our shelves and waiting for your call. Electrical components, seal kits, spring packs, bearing sets, fastener kits, shaft, gear sets and stem nuts to name a few. Parts are offered in OEM and Non-OEM. The new Non-OEM parts are equivalent to OEM and in most cases surpass material specifications and have better wear characteristics. We also specialize in remanufacturing obsolete parts realizing that some customers may want to keep their old actuators up and running.

Our worm gears are made from Ampco 18C, worms from 6150 heat treated, motor pinion and worm shaft gears are made from 4140 heat treated EDT150 depending on your requirements.

If there is a part that you are having a difficult time finding, give us a call and we can help you. We will either locate the part or remanufacture it using the latest metallurgy testing to reduplicate the part. Full machine shop and foundry service for customizing parts using Cad Cam to meet your applications and specifications. Full metallurgy testing on alloys are used in manufacturing; including Rockwell Hardness testing, Birnell testing and dirates tensile strength testing. We work closely with metal manufacturing vendors and casting facilities to provide you with the highest quality material for your parts.
