When a client entrusts us with their equipment, the service team puts it through a very thorough inspection right down to the sub-assembly. The castings are chemically cleaned for inspection. After the inspection process, (which includes pictures & status reports) and client approval for the repair process to begin. Every mechanical part that is able to be re-used is cleaned and glass-bead blasted. The unit is then re-assembled with all new Timken & SKF bearings, Fasteners, OEM material gaskets, seals and spring pack washers with grease relief kits. Then nuclear grade MOV Long-Life lubricant is filled to pre-determined levels. Complete electrical and motor testing is done on site and is run tested. Every Unit that leaves our facility is delivered to the client in better than new condition.
